The photos of the product are a bit misleading. They look like a thicker clear plastic or acrylic in the photos, but when I received them they are just thin pieces of plastic that they printed bubbles onto, then cut and sewed them together. They may be good for a childs birthday party decoration, but not for anything else. I was really excited to receive these for what I was intending on using them for, but now Im very disappointed and will be returning.

We got these for a splashtastic birthday party for our three-year-old. The theme was bathtime, with rubber duckies and a soapmaking project, so these bubbles were the perfect decoration. We kept the party decorations simple, so all we did was suspend a few strings of these bubbles from the ceiling above our table, which had a water-patterned tablecloth. That was all we really needed to make things look festive. Since people keep asking and its hard to tell from pictures, the bubbles are clear plastic with a little opaque white printing to define the edges and add a reflection to make them look 3D, and they hang on a very thin silver thread. You also get two packs of bubbles with several strands in each. We only needed one set, so well have to plan another party that needs bubbles!

Just get them if youre reading these reviews. There was enough to cut into more than one strand so we ended up with extra bubbles. A couple came off so we put them in the wall. Perfect!

This was very cute as a background for my daughters mermaid party. I coupled these with the jellyfish lanterns to hang from the ceiling along with a net holding balloons. They look great and photograph well. I would highly recommend them for a underwater themed event.

If you have something to tie the ends to is great if not youre having to tie a very thin tiny piece of thread to whatever youre tying it to. I had to put a push pin in the end of it to put it where I needed to have it put

When I opened it,and carefully tried to open to hang, it was so tangled and knotted, I could not use it. I bought and that happened to both.

I ordered 2 of them and the description says 4 strings per package but it only comes 3 strings on each package.
