When I received these and compared them to the mophead that came with my spin mop, I submitted a return because I thought they would not be as absorbent and wad up into a knotted ball when washed. Later that same day, I bought an original Ocedar replacement locally, figuring the difference in quality would be worth the higher cost. The Ocedar replacement was not like the original that came with the mop, and was almost identical to these mopheads I purchased here, so I decided not to return them. I went ahead and kept the Ocedar replacement as well, to use it and one of these replacements so I could compare the performance of the two. They appear to perform exactly the same, wear the same, and wash the same. I have no problems with this replacement staying on the mop during use. I gently step on the edges to be sure they click on securely. The original one that came with the mop has a little better texture but since even Ocedar themselves do not sell them as replacements, these are a very good option, and at a much better price.
