First of all, this product is a great value for its price! I have had this for a month and is working great. I will soon be moving the database to a new pc and needed to test. I then sent an email to the support team and they answered me right away! No kidding, within minute or 2. I inquired about how to move the database over or upload the backup. It was as easy as 1, 2, 3...The instructions given by Xiang Yun was easy to follow and when I followed those instructions, the system was operational on the new pc. These guys are great! I thought it was all talk but nope, I experienced their great support and easy install of their product. 5 stars all the way!

I had never used anything like this before so I was concerned that it was going to be horrible. However this product was simple to figure out given the software that is supplied. It came packaged neatly and no problems at all. I had a little issue with the configuration but the seller answered my questions quickly with no hesitation. Great service! I bought five of these for my job.

Im super happy with this product. Tech service is great! I installed a 4 door system 2 years ago and I have had absolutely no problems. When I needed to load the software again after my computer crashed, Xy did a great job helping me. I dont usually write reviews, but I actually believe in n this product.

Great value for the money. It was easy to install. There was a little confusion on how to connect RFID readers and how to make initial configuration in the software, but it was resolved quickly by tech support in China over the Skype call and chat. The software that was downloaded from the link provided by tech support expired after about 60 days. Tech support provided necessary registration into. Just be little patient with them and they will resolve all your issues.

Our HOA purchased this system; I am the secretary. It was installed by our local IT genius (Shawn) and he is amazing. He showed us how to work the system and I got the job of entering all of the needed names, addresses, etc. into the program. What fun (not!!). When I couldnt figure out some stuff, I got in touch with 回复(Wood) and he was the BEST - he even made videos of him doing what I wanted and sent them via email!! Amazing support (as he said, I will support you forever, so sweet). I cannot say enough about 回复 (Wood) and think he deserves a huge raise and commendations from his company. Thank you 回复 (Wood). This was what I was looking for. Customer service is fast and responsive and was able to take care of concerns and questions.

I just needed the product for basic access control into our office. As I learned more and more about the software, I realized all of the uses I could have for it, including attendance tracking. I was able to connect with their tech support online and they helped me with some issues of getting the software running properly. they were very prompt and very helpful. I would recommend and buy again if needed.

You cant go wrong. If you attempt an install yourself and run into trouble. They are there for you. I recommend drawing your own schematics to keep track of each color of each device.
