Worked great for my 04 s2000. Direct replacement. Took 30 seconds to install.

2005 Accord application. One of the black bushings fit. Heres how to install. 1. Select the correct bushing for your car: You want the bushing that fits over your size rod. That seems to be the difference between the two. 2. Boil some water. Or heat it in the microwave. I used water from a kettle. 3. Drop the black bushing into the water for 2-3 minutes. This makes the plastic pliable enough so it can pop in the hole. 4. Take the bushing out of the water and while its still warm, pop it into the hole on the frame of the car. 5. Insert your hood prop into the bushing. 6. Crack open a beer for a job well done. Then another? Maybe 3? Youre welcome.

This was exactly as advertised. I am a little afraid to remove the main bit as it seems it can break easily.

Sloppy rod holder plugs and the white piece to hold rod doesnt fit. Broke when trying to fit it in place. Not oem! I ordered oem parts on ebay! Waisted my $$$

A pain to install. BUT. Fit perfectly.
