> 24 hourOur dog Shelby had to have a small mass removed from the top of her foot. This surgery required her to have stitches in her foot for 14 days! For the most part, she wore a cone, but at night, wearing a cone wasnt the ideal solution. We purchased this Vetrap so we could wrap her foot at night. This stuff was so easy to put on! Since its 4 inches wide you only have to wrap it around a few times to keep the incision protected! Pros: Easy to use, Very wide, breathable Cons: You cant just tear it, you do need scissors I actually ended up ordering a few extra rolls to keep in our doggy first aid kit just to be safe! If you are looking for wrap for one of your pets, I highly recommend the 3m Vetrap.

> 24 hourIf 3M Vetrap didnt exist Im not sure what wed do. All summer my dog has been battling allergies and issues with ever single paw. Were talking blisters and sores that fill up with fluid before eventually popping. Every now and then I like to give my little girl a break from her ecollar and will use this wrap on my paws. She doesnt seem to mind it and leaves it alone as far as I can tell. This wrap is easily stretched out so youre getting more than you think. You can rip it with your hands once you get the hang of it but until then scissors do the job just fine. The same goes for removing the wrap as well. Since were using it on our dog we find it beneficial to cut the 4 roll in half. It allows for a little more flexibility with how and where we can wrap.

> 24 hourOur pup is prone to skin infections, and we try to avoid the Cone of Shame as much as we can. The 3M Vetrap bandage works well as a cone alternative for small injuries and infections. We used it on our dogs hind leg when she had a cyst removed, and I was surprised at how well the bandage stuck to itself. She is relentless at trying to remove anything we put on her, and she had little success in unwrapping the bandage once it was set. The roll comes with a good amount of bandage, depending on your dogs size. Our little cock-a-poo has a pretty narrow leg, so well have bandage to last us for a few more injuries before having to repurchase.

> 24 hourMy dog recently mangled his dewclaw nail. He is a very active dog, and thus I wanted to find a way to wrap up the nail region to let it heal while allowing him to get exercise. This bandaging tape does a great job providing protection, and doesnt stick to their hair; in fact, I use tissues or toilet paper underneath the bandaging tape so that the bandaging tape isnt abrasive while he is running. The only two minor downsides I see with this tape is that it doesnt appear to be reusable, and it doesnt hold up under wet (i.e., snow) conditions when running.

> 24 hourOK, Im just about in tears writing this review because this product has been such a blessing for our 10 year old Australian Shepherd who has some O.C.D. issues and developed a severe leg sore on her right hind leg.....a lick granuloma. She is a highly anxious dog and became addicted to biting her leg and now, this bandage in addition to doggie prozac has allowed the sore to go from a huge gaping area/hole to a small sore about the size of a nickel. Im sure with time and her not being able to chew the area, it will heal completely. The tape doesnt adhere to her fur (and she has a heavy duty coat) and its self adhesive properties are amazing and the fact that it is breathable really seems to speed up the healing process. I do change her bandage daily but it really holds up well within the 24 hour period especially since our dog is very active and spends lots of time outdoors with us. The first time I used it, I cut a piece that really was way too long and it wasted the product.......now I cut about 16 inches from the roll and that amount works great for us.

> 24 hourI woke up this morning and was amazed that this bandage was still on. This is the first thing to last. Most things I have tried dont even last one hour even duct tape. My Golden Retriever is an aggressive chewer and has Lick Granuloma. He has been known to have them on three legs at one time. It drives me insane. I exercise him a lot and have used the neck cones and muzzles but had to remove them as he cant calm down and I cant stand the state of stress he gets into. Yesterday I put the medicated cream from the vet on his leg and then covered it firmly with this. I put several drops of lavender oil on it as well to discourage his desire to lick it. Right now he seems to have forgotten that it is on his leg. I am so happy. It looks like after all these years I just may have the perfect solution. Thank you Amazon and all the people who gave it positive reviews.

> 24 hourWorks great! Would unroll and re-roll leading strip so as not to have it start too tight. Lasted on my Labs left front paw 3 days easily, even having unwrapped to check his lick granuloma, changing the dressing and re-wrapping-he got some sort of insect bite on the top of his left front paw and the itching was really bothering him, even with the meds, so he would sit there and lick it. He licked his fur off the site! Decided to amend the vets advice ...Just dont let him lick it!!- yeah, right... by applying meds and Telfa pad over the bite and using the Vetrap to hold it all in place, the wound healed completely in 4 days and he fur grew back. Much happier Lab now.

> 24 hourThis is usually used for horses, but Im using it to bandage our white labs tail as she battles a skin infection. Previously, I was doing the best I could with a sock, secured with safety pins and tape, but it just seemed to make her chew her tail even more. THEN I remembered using this on a horse & decided it would be perfect for the lab, which it is. It fits snugly without the need of any other tape or pins & since it clings on its own, its vastly more comfortable for her than a floppy sock & she actually leaves her tail alone. Hopefully, well speed the healing process with this. Basically, this is a bandaging material thats stretchy and lets you easily wrap snugly. I wouldnt use it for covering open sores, but its great for covering irritated skin. Made by 3M, so the qualitys A+. --- Have a question about this bandaging tape? Just leave a comment & Ill be happy to help you, if I can.

> 24 hourIve used this for my injured dogs and chickens. You can cut it to a narrower size, if needed. It sticks VERY WELL to itself, but not to feathers or hair. Essential for your pet home first aid kit.
