All six clips were misshapen. Id previously bought a single pack from another seller and they worked great, these I had to bend to get them to work and they are very difficult to remove.

Work very well. Really stiff at first, until they loosen up after a few uses.

The clips themselves are perfectly fine, and for a good price. No complaints there. Be warned, however, that they are very snug and can be difficult to get off. I wouldnt recommend them for a tank youre going to be opening and closing often. The problem is that they do not fit any of my 20-gallon tanks. The tanks are a good ten years old or more, but are standard aquariums. However, the clips do fit my 10-gallon Aqueon, which is new. They probably are mostly universal for new tanks, but if your tank is a bit older you may have some trouble. The rim on my Aqueon is one inch tall, and I dont think these clips would fit anything much larger than that. For reference, the front side of the clips (across the opening) measures 1 1/8 inches, and the top (that lays against the screen) is 1 1/4 inches.

These work great and are very secure. The only problem I had was getting them to come off when I needed them to. So heres a helpful hint. Bend them(per the directions) to a angle that is loose fitting enough to where you can actually get it off and not do what I did which was bend them as little as possible and then had to fight to get them off for 20mins. Lolz.

These screen clips are so low profile compared to standard loop type screen clips. As you can see in the pic I included. Excuse the saran and scotch tape, I had to find an easy way to keep humidity in my crestie tank. The only thing is they fit super tight! Hard to get on, even harder to get off. But that means if youre keeping escape artists in your terrarium, they wont be escaping with these bad boys! I have them on a standard 10 gallon aqueon tank. I definitely recommend them.

Perfect for our snake tanks. We open them up a bit to make them easier to open. Putting them on without a little flexing would make them almost impossible to remove. Secure enough the the snakes are secure, easy enough to remove that my 7 year old can do it.

Great product!!! Easy to put on and take off and very secure. The design is very user-friendly unlike other clips I have tried. I use two of these clips for my hognoses ten gallon tank. I found I only needed 2 clips for the tank because they were sufficient to keep the tank lid tightly closed. I recently tried out the remainder clips on my 20 gallon long tank. They did not fit. They were very difficult to put on completely. Unlike in my ten gallon tank, I had to press hard to make sure both the lid and the tank lip were clipped. They were extremely hard to take off again and bent on the bottom. My conclusion is that these are great for a ten gallon tank or smaller, but you would need to upgrade to the large size if you have a larger tank.

These are almost hard to remove at times. But that means my snake will not be able to escape anymore. I watched my brat danger noodle keep trying for a week after I added these. She finally got the point and stopped trying to escape. I did but then for my geckos too. You do have to buy the specific size listed for certain size tanks.
