> 3 dayI needed this for a project I was building. It worked as well as I had hoped. I was able to cut it down to the exact size to make precision pieces with non precision tools.

> 3 dayI bought these to turn various things on my lathe. The diameters are spot on and the rods are nice and straight, which saves me time. Super good price too

> 3 dayLook Good Quality i dont currently have any calipers to check the sizing. But the 5mm fit my knife blanks well & was easier than finding them on their own. I didnt like the mosaic pins that woodcraft had in the correct size for the knifes. The solid Brass just looks much better to me. Will have to find something to do with the other sizes but they should come in handy. They are not Magnetic so i do believe they are actually brass. One star off for the packaging it was in a soft envelope so the plastic storage case for them was cracked pretty bad, the case would have been nice to have intact.

> 3 dayI wanted a little convenience set of brass rods and liked this kit better than some others. Theyre all accurately sized and nicely cut and polished, and the case is halfway decent as well. Im giving this five stars but for my needs its maybe four, only because its a rather hard brass that is easy to crack or splinter a bit. I didnt catch the 59 designation, but thats the most basic brass and not what you might consider high quality or highly malleable brass (if you want that type for lathe turning or peening homemade rivets and such, look for the H62 brass (China) or one of the other grades produced domestically). Ive nipped and sawed and polished a bit on three sizes so far and have not seen any defects in the metal. As advertised, well made, and I think certainly worth the price and keeping on hand.

> 3 dayI recently got into knife making I didn’t have rods or a clue where to even start to look other than a hardware store got this product as a recommendation since I buy all my knife stuff from Amazon and I’m glad I did I don’t have to use copper wire anymore the rods are truly brass and it comes with a case to hold them awesome job
