My shop is a metal building about 150 feet from my router, and I installed this in less than 5 minutes, and now I have excellent wifi signal in my shop on my laptop. Well see how it goes. pretty easy setup and works great. According to a speed test, quadrupled the download speed, and it seems it. Was getting drops and erratic wifi from the existing router. This unit is halfway between the two and after two months, hasnt dropped yet.

> 3 dayDas Patchkabel erfüllt meine Erwartungen voll (fest verlegt, nur am PC flexibel benötigt), die Stecker rasten gut in der RJ45-Buchse am PC ein. Die Rasthaken sind gut geschützt durch die Haube am Gehäuse. Bezüglich Datenübertragung kommt die volle Geschwindigkeit auch am PC an (16.000er DSL).

> 3 daySo far so good. It took a couple of minutes to get this setup with our Verizon Fios router, but once it did it has stayed connected. I think the one thing everyone needs to remember, is that WIFI will always be slower than hard wired and there are many factors that will determine the signal strength.

Reminder:
- The working status of the repeater can refer to its smart indicator light.
- WiFi signal booster is only limited to increase the coverage of the wireless signal, but not to increase the speed of the network.
- When the repeater expands the signal, it does not need to plug in the network cable. It can receive the signal of the router directly by plugging it into the socket, and transmit the wireless signal.
- When the repeater is unplugged or powered off after the setting is completed, it does not need to be reset. The original configuration information has been saved, unless you manually restore the factory state.
