I bought this in April 2 months later the screen turned black on me I barley used it I tried everything this was a waist of money and I’m very disappointed it’s no way I should have problems now

Honestly, it works amazing! The only problem I have is the storage and the touchpad really. The people who say that it’s too slow are probably just fake reviews to be honest. It loads pretty slow for the first 2 hours but then after the updates are done, its a pretty fast load-up time. So far, I’ve played Minecraft (with resolution down), and it worked great!

I bought this for my niece who is 6 years old. She use this for school and video streaming and it works perfectly.

Only lasted about a year with very minimal use. Huge disappointment. Simply would not charge/turn on one day (checked battery and charger).

For the price of this an amazing buy you can do alot of things with this alot of cool features i really wish there was a button to disable the keyboard to be able to clean the keys easier but it is an amazing laptop still i highly suggest anyone looking for a cheap laptop whether it is gaming,using the internet browser or just overall file using!!

Help from ASUS is impossible, had problems activating Microsoft and they had no idea what they are doing and there phone system was so bad that calls kept dropping took twelve hours being on hold and dropped calls and constantly reidentifying myself

It’s not a touch screen computer so I’m not sure why it has that as a ranking option. I do not play games so I don’t know if it’s good for that. But, I use it for school and for the price I really couldn’t ask for more
