Great Tablet... One of the best

Estoy muy satisfecho con mi nueva Tablet A7.

I got this tablet and it worked fine for a few weeks. Suddenly it decided not to charge anymore. It was within my allowed return window - so I exchanged it. My 2nd one stopped working even quicker. I cant think of anything I did to cause the problem... I got 2 duds.

This is a really nice tablet, however, because it states LTE in the description, and I checked the bands against the Verizon bands, my assumption was I could switch this out with my current tablet which has its own cell number on my Verizon plan. This is not the case, after an hour on phone w/Verizon tech, was told to go to Verizon store for assistance, then told is not compatible with their network. There is a workaround IMEI number for AT&T and Cricket, but not usable for Verizon (per Verizon store service tech). So, unfortunately, I must return it as I dont have a very strong Wifi signal. As I said, it is a really nice tablet, if you have the Wifi or cell provider that supports it, I recommend it.

The overall quality is good, color exceptional, but the inadequate sensitivity when using a stylus or your finger to use the tablet is sometimes maddening. It hesitates, at times, such that I sometimes have to tap the screen several times to get any response. A major upgrade is necessary to fix this annoying issue. Apparently, this is also a tablet that Samsung has no plans to upgrade to Android 11 and also annoying. Although Ive had multiple Samsung devices, their quality is slipping on some devices making me wonder if Ill want to upgrade to any new Samsung Tablets or phones.

I like ease of use. And use it a lot for games and some movies.
