Shaker works well but the ball needs to be free. It doesn’t dissolve the powder on the bottom of shaker. Other than that I like it.

I use this for my gym drinks and it works great, I like the spiral in the middle better than the shaker balls since I can’t lose this. I wash it very often and the words show no sign of fading very cute cup. I only drink pre workouts and bcaas and things like that so I’m not sure how easy it would be to clean something like protein out of the center spiral but works great for my purpose

I love the mind over matter statement on this bottle..as it really is a battle of mind to stick to something. No matter what it may be. I use it for my 310 Nutrition shake, I use my Vitamix to blend and then pour into this shaker to drink. Perfect size for me. Seems to be durable and I love the hidden message inside the screw on top. Nice touch :)

I like it, it does what it should do and it is cute.

I have a Mass Powder (1 scoop = 46 carbs) that is notorious for bad clumping. This took mild shaking and all the clumps were gone and they didn’t stick in the wire either. Easy to clean. Fits in small hand well with the indentation. 5 stars!

I liked the shaker cup initially because it mixed up protein powder well and did not leak. However, after using it everyday for two weeks, the cup cracked down the side, Complete waste of money. The cup was not dropped, put in the dishwasher, or put in any kind of bag where it could have gotten crushed. Simply used at home in the mornings and hand washed it afterwards.

This is the BEST! I got the white gold cup and it REALLY WORKS! My mix is for 12 oz of water and this is perfect cause I add Ice and it goes to the top perfectly! even with the internal shaker a bit of ice fit!!! It says 20oz but is not tall its more a shorty (ish) nice round feel perfect for hands and the mouth spout is perfection! I was using a glass and hand blender and residue was stuck- SERIOUSLY no residue with this unique shaker!!!!! My shake melted perfectly!! HIGHLY Recomend! Super HAPPY!!
