This is 11pm at night a my hotel, they had to cut the zipper pulls to open. First time I used it and I never changed the Code from factory default. What a waste of $100!

The luggage is nice but the locks as well as the zipper are not smooth to zip up. I feel that it made what was a nice set feel cheap.

There are so many compartments and premium features that makes this the ideal carry on.

Extremely impressed with this carry on, from the buttery smooth wheels to the quality of construction. It is lightweight, but durable and feature filled.

So far so good. Only traveled on a plane with the suitcase twice. Fit nicely in the overhead, no issues there. Suitcase is also lightweight and the front laptop pocket helps a lot.

I bought the 25” suitcase so I could check in for short domestic trips. Took it last weekend for the first time and it came back dented and broken in one corner. Not worth the price!!!!
