20 Carry on Luggage Lightweight with Spinner Wheel TSA Lock Hardside Luggage Airline Approved Carry on Suitcase Rose Gold

I received the rose gold bag, opened and discovered the wheels would not roll. They did not twist and roll as product stated. I requested a replacement bag and it arrived with the very same faulty wheels. I had also ordered the same bag in grey and although it was delivered okay, after a couple of days the wheels started to stick as well. We could not wait to replace either bag yet again as we were going on a trip. So returned both bags and purchased 2 American Tourister bags. Very disappointed as these bags were not inexpensive.

Three of the wheels did not rotate easily (see video), therefore I would only be able to wheel the bag forward, not side to side. Although, this is considered a “hard-sided” suit case, it is extremely cheap and flimsy and it is not truly hard. There is no way anyone would rate this above one star.

Just got this suitcase yesterday and how about the TSA lock is messed up. Im not sure if something happened when I checked my bag but right now I cant get in the bag. And I didnt forget the combination. There is no reset button.

What a beautiful, spacious carry-on suitcase! The color is perfect, the texture hides scuffs and it fits perfect in the overhead bin. I love the zippered storage in the lid that securely holds all my toiletries, hair appliances and shoes. The wheels roll easily on carpet and across rough parking lot surfaces. I never check luggage, and this suitcase is the perfect size, even for a full week of business travel.

Wheels don’t turn by themselves. Impossible to wheel around an airport. Awful product. Don’t buy this! Expensive and not quality!

This bag does what its supposed to. It didnt come with a key for the lock or a combination, but I dont plan to use it anyways.

The security lock was broken when I received the luggage. I had to return it for a replacement. The handle can be pulled out higher than most, Good for taller people.

Nice and roomy enough to pack a weekend worth of clothes and necessities for a quick flight and allowed for carry on.

Good size for carry on. Light weight. Bought it for an international trip as a carry on. Today was only the third trip and the wheel fell off in the airport before outbound flight. I have two more flights on this trip.... NOT GOOD QUALITY. I would give it no stars unless you really want a non wheeled bag
