08-11-2024But they did not work. We tried the old one which worked fine then compared the jack and found they were slightly longer than the old one. That’s the only difference we saw other than they didn’t work. So thanks to the Amazon Support we got refunded via Amazon gift card because we hardly shop any where else other than particular choice grocery items which we prefer to literally inspect before buying due to quality and expiration dates. You know how that is.

> 3 dayI don’t really understand why, but I can’t turn off my bluetooth and have these work. When I PHYSICALLY connect them I get a modal that pops up showing a pair of bluetooth behind-the-head phones (ie a line connecting behind the head) and it says “Beats” and offers a button to “Connect”. This makes no sense. Bluetooth headsets are a dime a dozen, and if I wanted a bluetooth headset I’d buy a bluetooth headset. These are the first wired bluetooth device I’ve ever seen and I’m against them fully.

> 3 dayDespite having a plug in, these are Bluetooth. Means I can’t quickly pop them in to take a phone call. The biggest reason I bought them is to listen to music at night to help me sleep, but they disconnect frequently and it wakes me up.
