it was Packaged with one ear bud completely broken. The missing piece was not in the bag!

I bought two pairs of these and both had the same problem… You plug them in though they had to be Bluetooth??? They would constantly drop the Bluetooth as well

These broke immediately. And since I was moving it was a low priority to return. Now it’s too late and they are horribly made.
