First off, the color is pretty accurate (my lighting in the pics is turning my green case yellow). But it is nice green case. Second, it holds more than I thought. The dark green rectangular case is my previous pill case that I lost and then promptly found once my new case came in. Theyre the same in height, but my old one is a little smaller overall. I do like the rounded edges with my new and improved pill case. The compartments latch perfectly and the main latch on the outside seems sturdy enough to stay closed in my purse. It has 6 small compartments on one side and has 2 big compartments on the other side. But be careful or you might crush a pill or two if you slightly overfill it. The only negative thing I have is that the lids of each compartment is very difficult to open. Ive been using the flat of my pocket knifes blade. Hopefully, with more use, theyll open easier. I just starting using it, so I have no idea how long it will last. If it breaks sooner than it should, Ill update the review.

Great for traveling or everyday use. I labeled each section and its so much better than carrying bottles of medication.

This is a well built pillbox with an actual gasket between the 2 sides of the clam shells. The latching mechanism is very firm and solid although plastic. There are individual compartments inside the pill box two on top with separate lids and many more on the bottom of separate lids. Looks as it can hold many pill. Possibly 2-3 days worth depending on amount and size. Oddly enough it comes with a guitar pic, with which to open the inside lids over the compartments. Very nice pill box. A good deal for the money.

Excellent small pill box. Two larger components on one side, Six smaller compartments on the other side. All snap close tightly. Rubber seal to keep it waterproof. Snap to close it together is very good, remains tight, not loose at all. Hinge is sturdy. I easily used my P-Touch label maker, to print labels for what’s in each compartment. I can carry in my pocket, purse, hand, etc - compact for most carry situations. I would recommend this one.

I went on a 4 week vacation and needed to bring a months worth of vitamins and prescription meds. This worked great. There are 6 small compartments and 2 large ones, and they hold a surprising amount. I used the big side for larger vitamin pills as not many of those would fit in the smaller ones. In the past, Ive used those long rectangular day-of-the-week pill holders and had problems with them opening and the contents spilling out, even after being rubber banded. I had no worries with this case. Each compartment is securely fastened (maybe slightly TOO securely as you kind of have to pry them open with a fingergnail), and then the whole case has a fastener. Worked well on my trip! I wouldnt hesitate to throw it in my purse or backpack again.

Nice size. The fact is it has 8 compartments is great and two of those are for larger pills, makes this well worth while

Very convenient to carry pills when travelling. Quite durable

I gave this item 5 stars because it’s perfect. So many reviews complain about not being able to open the little slots. They sent a plastic guitar pick looking thing with the case. It’s meant to be used to open the slots. You skip it under the little tiny opening on each slot. I just lay the “guitar pick” inside and close the case. It stays there for easy use.

Great for carrying some pills in a purse or fanny pack.

Love the size, can hold a large number and variety of medications- which I need. Really great for me and I’m going to keep a spare in my car. Only issue is that it’s difficult to open the little lids. I have flimsy fingernails so I can’t do it without something to pry them open. One of them had a little plastic thing that looked like a guitar pick with it which works great to pry them open and you can enclose it within the case. I wish they had both come with one. Really, it’s the only option I saw that was large enough to suit my needs and I appreciated that.
