> 3 dayLike some others here, I bought this to do a quick project and didnt have a lot of experience with sand blasting. Had I just looked around for 5 minutes, Id have noticed that this is about 3X the cost of buying 120 grit aluminum oxide from other companies online. That said, the product is fine and I used it to good effect on a very rusted piece of metal prior to painting. It worked well with the sand blasting gun kit that I bought at the same time. Lesson learned.

> 3 dayWorks better for GunKote than the Alum. oxide from harbor freight, but its also more expensive, so choose your poison....

> 3 dayI tried using it with a simple gun. It works perfect - compared to a regular sand it takes not just old paint off but also stubborn rust as well leaving shiny metal. But using it with a gun is way too expensive...

Greater than one weekSo I bought the sandblasting gun, that works great, but what was I thinking buying 8 lbs of abrasive for that ridiculous price. Go to Tractor Supply and get 50 lbs for around $8.
