I am recuperating from rotator cuff - trying to transition from recliner to bed/ bought this wedge- still does not help- it is too firm. I think I was misled by previous reviews. This wedge needs to be more malleable. Believe me- as a rotator cuff, bone spur, bicep tendon surgery patient/ I would not mislead you. Sleep is too valuable!

The firmness is just right for what I need.
