Work surprisingly well lasted quite a while

Great paint stripper. It really eats paint without tearing up the metal underneath, all without loading up. Ive put about 4 hours of use on it, and it has retained nearly all of its original dimensions, unlike other products which seem to give up as much as they take off. Will definitely buy another if I ever succeed in destroying this one.

Outstanding product for removing paint and surface rust from metal materials. I used 8 of the ten wheels on my 5’x8’ utility trailer. I just recently purchased the 2002 trailer, which had two coats of paint, original OEM paint, and one of the previous owners had repainted the trailer using a brush. These grinding wheels effectively removed all surface coverings and got me to bare metal quickly. I was extremely pleased with how well it worked.

I’ve used similar from Walmart and they really lasted. They remove rust and paint really good. So I went out and tried them in my Makita 4” angle grinder and they fit like there supposed to. I have no doubt they will work well. My only complaint is that there’s two different types ( blue and purple) and no where on them do they say what they are. One I think feels coarser that the other, but I’m not positive. Either way they will get used . Too bad it’s getting real cold here now that winter is setting in or I would be trying them out.

These discs are very heavy duty and durable. 4 inch around. Great for getting just about anything off your stuff. Great product for the price and very happy and satisfied with these discs. Thank you.

This style of strip disk is great at removing paint, rust and most importantly for me, mill scale. They remove mill scale very fast and easy. This pack is a reasonable price per and they seem to hold up pretty well. Id prefer 4.5 diameter, but these 4 ones work fine, even on a 5 grinder. Just be aware that there are downsides, but they common to this style of wheel, not just these specifically. If you run them near any hard or sharp edges you can tear up the wheel quickly and they have a tendency the fling off bits of the wheel as they wear, so make sure you use care, wear safety glasses, pay attention to the direction you are flinging stuff, etc. But with all that in mind, they work very well.

These work so good, I ordered twice to strip paint from doors. A few cautions: 1. make sure to wear safety glasses since material will fly off when using these stripping wheels and 2. stripped material will go all over the place due to the rate/speed from the grinder these wheels are used with. The material on the wheel will disintegrate quickly, but itll depend on what is being stripped. Overall, they work great!
